How to Register for Housing Online
Current Tenants and Housing Applicants
If this is your first time using the system and you are a current South Dublin County Council Tenant or currently on the South Dublin County Council Housing Waiting List, please click on Create an Account to register and follow the instructions. Important Notice
It is recommended that you familiarise yourself with the area before applying. Applicants are advised that the submission of an Expression of Interest in a property may result in an offer of accommodation.
It is important to note that a refusal of an offer made under Choice Based Letting will be considered a refusal under the Council's Allocation Scheme.

Housing Online System Temporarily Unavailable
Please be advised that the Housing Online System will be unavailable from Wednesday ,17th June 2026 until further notice, to facilitate essential upgrade works.
Tenants wishing to report maintenance issues may do so by contacting Housing Maintenance by phone at 01 4149393 or by email at: hmaint@sdublincoco.ie
For emergency out-of-hours assistance, please call: 01 457 4907
Tenants who wish to pay their rent online can continue to do so via MyCoCo.ie at: https://www.mycoco.ie/quick-pay/sdcc-rentpayment
No properties will be advertised on CBL while upgrade works are being carried out.
The online housing application service will also be unavailable during this period. Applicants are advised to submit hard copy applications until the upgrade works have been completed.
